Do not go to bed on an empty stomach
Despite the advice not to eat at night, you shouldn’t go to bed hungry either. Hunger and low glucose levels prevent us from falling asleep.
The consequences include waking up early and poor sleep quality.
A few hours before bedtime, you can eat dairy products rich in calcium and magnesium, fresh or stewed vegetables, fruits, cereals, and bran bread.
